We absolutely want you to be happy with our products and service. You may rest assured knowing all our products are fresh, handmade in small batches with the highest quality ingredients, and have never been used by another customer. To that end, and because of the personal nature of all our products, we cannot accept returns.

If the item you received is damaged please notify us as soon as possible by email at raki@tutamail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of damaged product. Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted. If items are damaged during shipping, they will be replaced at no additional charge. Photos of damage is required for return approval. Pending—unfulfilled orders may be canceled without penalty.

Absolutely no returns or cancelations on Custom projects.
